Church Projects

 The Jointwood S.D.A. Church is embarking on a massive Community Outreach programme as a part of the overall plan to revitalize and invigorate the membership in the service  of God and the community! Central to all this is the ability and capacity to deliver the planned services.It is against that background that the decision was made to carry out a significant degree of renovation and expansion work to the nearly one hundred years old structure!The schematic diagram shown, indicates the kind of changes proposed.

Given the state of the world's economy at the present, a project of this magnitude is considered a "leap of faith"! But then that is one of the pillars of Christianity; Hence the confidence that we will accomplish the task! With a membership of just over Two Hundred on book, with a great majority being unemployed or underemployed, students and the elderly, strong decisive and efficient management, coupled with innovative planning and the will to succeed will have to be implemented, under the supreme leadership of the Almighty.

However non of this will be realized by wishful thinking. That is why as part of the strategic planning in place, we are now embarking on a drive to inform our membership as well as the extended church family, at home and abroad, of the purposes of this mission and the need to solicit their help to see it through! An outline of some of the proposed purposes is shown below.

We are hereby appealing to the kind benevolence of the church community, and to make the sacrifices that will become necessary to help with the financing of this worthwhile Building Project! God has never negated on his promise to reward us for our benevolence, with a blessing!...Remember the Widow's Mite? Let's get busy, opening the windows of Heaven!!
